Due to the perishable nature of food products, we follow a strict refund and return policy.
1. Returns
- Returns are not accepted for food items once delivered.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images/videos as proof.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via original payment method.
